Flour-1-2 cups

Baking Powder/Fruit Salt-1-2tsp




Cocoa Powder-1/2tsp




  1.  Mix butter and sugar together until it becomes fluffy.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, coffee, and cinnamon.
  3. Add milk and whisk the batter properly. Do not make the batter too loose.
  4. Add baking powder/fruit salt and mix it well.
  5. Grease the cupcakes tray with butter/oil.
  6. Pour the batter and bake at 180 degrees in the over.
  7. Top up with some roasted walnuts.
  8. Bake for 15-02o minutes and check with a knife by pricking it in the middle. If the knife comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready.
  9. Let it cool down and remove it from the tray.
  10. Serve your Coffee Cinnamon Cupcakes.
