A delightful sizzler recipe. It is nothing short than a complete meal. This recipe would surely make you drool. Try it out!

Ingredients:

For Peri Peri Paneer

Cottage Cheese/Paneer-8-9 cubes

Gram Flour-1-2tbsp

Curd-2-3tbsp

Salt- 1-2tsp

Pepper-1tsp

Chili Powder-1tsp

Garlic-4-5 pods

Green Chilies-4-5

Peri Peri Masala-2-3tsp

For Patties/Cutlets

Boiled Mashed Potatoes-2

Garlic-4-5 pods

Chopped Onions-2

Carrots-1 medium-sized

Capsicum-2 medium-sized

Salt-as per taste

Pepper-1tsp

Beetroot-1

For Garlic Potatoes

Boiled Potatoes-1-2

Garlic-3-4 pods

Salt- as per taste

Pepper-1-2tsp

For Sizzler Sauce

Tomatoes-2-3

Garlic-5-6 pods

Soy sauce-3-4tsp

Salt-as per taste

Pepper-1-2tsp

Cumin seeds-1/2tsp

For Noodles

Boiled Noodles with seasoning (Salt and Pepper)

Method:

For Peri Peri Paneer

Mix curd, gram flour, and other ingredients in a bowl. And add paneer cubes in the mixture. Let it set for some time in the refrigerator. And then saute it in a pan till paneer gets crispy.

For Patties/Cutlets

Take a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, chopped onions, garlic, beetroot, carrots, capsicum, salt, and pepper. Make patties. Sprinkle a little oil on the pan and place these patties and cook until it gets brownish in color and crispy.

For Garlic Potatoes

Do not over-boil the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan and chopped garlic and saute it for a while. Add salt and pepper and mix it well. Spread this over the boiled potatoes.

For Sizzler Sauce

Mix all the ingredients together and grind them to a paste in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan and pour the sauce and let it boil for 5-7mins.

Plating of Sizzler

Place all the portions neatly in a tray and place the tray over the flame or oven to get a smokey flavor.

Sizzler is ready!
