Method
For Bhel
1. Take a bowl, add puffed rice and add all the other ingredients as well. Mix it well.
For Puris
1. Take a bowl, add semolina and salt.
2. Add curd and water to it and mix nicely to make the dough and allow it rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Divide dough into small portions, roll it (like small poori) and deep fry in hot oil.
